I met this guy and we went out a couple of times then he stopped calling. I've called him several times and left messages telling him he can call me at any time, day or night. So far he hasn't returned my calls. How can I get him to talk?
Oh, he's talking - just not to you. Depending upon the type of guy he is, he's talking to his friends telling him about the girl who can't get enough of him but of whom he's had plenty or he's telling his friends about the scary stalker babe, or he's talking to his attorney about getting a restraining order.
Begging and desperation aren't on the list of features you look for in a partner. You need to stop calling; this guy isn't in your future - he's not even in your present. You're paying a heavy price for this pursuit: your self-respect - which you'll need in every other aspect of your life. Don't spend it on a guy who has clearly decided you aren't the girl for him.
