How does a woman let you know she likes you? Some friends and I were hang out at this neighborhood restaurant about once a week. Most of the waitresses there are older, but a few are younger and there's one who's kinda cute. Recently, my buddies have been telling me she's been giving me the eye.
Now, my friends and I are always making those kind of jokes, and I didn't want to make a fool of myself over someone I didn't really notice before. Ever since then, I have noticed she smiles at me a little more and she gives me special attention.
I wouldn't mind going out with her, but it wasn't even a thought before my friends said what they did. How do I know if she likes me like they said?
It really doesn't matter if she likes you like they said if she's not someone you would pursue on your own. This isn't a blind date. It's just your friends saying she's giving you the eye. If this is something you guys do to each other on a regular basis, you need to question why this is different than any other time and why you shouldn't treat this as just another joke.
But if you want to know if she might like you there are a couple of things you can do: when you leave a tip, leave a note with your phone number on it. Make sure you leave her name on the note; or, you can send your friends away and hold back at the table and ask her if she would be interested in having dinner with you instead of serving it to you and see what she says.
