She has been fooling around with my brother...

Carrie has been my best friend since grade school. (We are now seventeen) She is an only child and she has gone on several family vacations with us and is like a sister to me. I know my folks think of her as another daughter.
I recently found out that for the past few months, Cassie has been fooling around with my brother, David, they have had oral sex and I dont know if they have taken it any further.
Im furious with her for not telling me and Im furious that she and my brother (who is a year older) have been sneaking around. I cant look at either of them the same way since Ive found out and I want to let them know I know about them but dont know how to go about telling them how disgusting I find them. How can I let them know?
Angie

Dear Angie,
And this would be your business because? I understand girlfriends usually tell their friends when they like a guy but that is something that is shared information and not the kind that is demanded. I can see why she wouldn't tell your what is going on between her and your brother. It's kind of an awkward thing to tell your best friend she's keeping time with her brother and they've taken their relationship to an intimate level. Give her a break by realizing it can't be an easy thing to admit.
Your brother didn't tell you because that would have caused an end to things. Your brother is flirting with the law by being with someone under the age of 18 but I don't know if that's a reason to keep it secret. Maybe he doesn't think his sex life, no matter who it is with,is any of your business.
I understand why you're upset, but that's different than thinking you have a right to be. Until you can speak with your girlfriend calmly and tell her you've heard what's going on, you shouldn't speak with her. that's only going to make things worse for everyone.

She says she doesnt want to lose me, but she feels that Im too far away Shes very attractive and Im affraid if i dont ask her soon another guy will She thought I was playing hard to get and she's chasing me She wants to know if it's ok with me if they date. Should he pay for the first date? Should I pay for the second? Should I pretend I'm not available for the next few days so I don't appear desperate The problem is she's twenty and I'm thirty-nine
