It can be difficult to have a lot of confidence when you are big, even if you know that you are beautiful. Many BBW are confident by nature and don't let their size hold them back, but other BBW have some trouble building up the confidence to get out in the dating world. In a world where thin is beautiful, it's understandable if it takes you awhile to realize that being a BBW is actually better than being rail thin. Most BBW have a process that they have to go through so that they can understand that they really are attractive, desirable, and just as in demand as thin women. When you consider that the average woman is a size 12, bigger is better and beautiful! Size one and two aren't natural and even men know this. While a man may have dated thin women in the past, it doesn't mean that he isn't willing to date a BBW. When women realize this they sort of morph into the BBW that they are destined to be. To build your confidence you need to feel good about yourself. A BBW is all about confidence and being proud of who she is, so take care of yourself. Get your hair styled and dye it if you want, get your nails done, and just take steps to feel and look good. When you feel good about yourself, men will feel good about you too! If it's been awhile since you dated, why not go out and pick up a couple new outfits that you feel spectacular in? A new outfit sometimes boosts our confidence, and others see that. Confidence is attractive, so if you take steps to feel good about yourself you'll see that other people respond. Slowly build your confidence by going out and interacting with other singles. Online dating works for a lot of BBW because she can join websites that are just for BBW so she knows that she will fit in and get a good response. Positive interactions, flattering comments and emails from men online often build confidence that can be taken into the real world on dates and interactions. With just a little big of practice every big beautiful woman can learn to be a BBW that we all think of when we see a beautiful woman that has confidence, personality, and is simply fun to be around.
