I'm wondering if it's ok for me to propose to him?
 I'm in love with my boyfriend, Carlos. We have been dating for about four years. He discussed marriage a few years ago, but I wasn't ready. I wanted to finish college and get myself out into the work world. Thank goodness he hung with me. I'm ready for marriage now and I'm wondering if it's ok for me to propose to him? Delora  Dear Delora, Get down on that knee, girl! I think it's perfectly fine. It's even more fine since it's something you've talked about and he stayed with you after you refused his offer. I think it would be an appropriate gesture to let him know you are now so complete within yourself, that you couldn't be complete without him. I would even buy him a nice ring to go along with popping the question!
