How Do I Confess I am in Love?

When you finally fall in love you may feel like shouting it from the roof tops and telling everyone you run into on the street. However, the first person you should tell is the person you love and there are some tips to help you do that. Keep in mind, however, the individual's personality when you are confessing your love. If you are in love with a very private and quiet person then you might not want to proclaim your love in a public place. Just keep the basics in mind and you will be fine. The following tips will probably help you as well.
In Person
Confessing your love over the telephone or even the Internet is an option, but the way to get your point across the best is in person. There is just something special about looking into the eyes of the person you love and telling them how you feel. You will really enjoy being near the person when you tell them so you can see their immediate reaction, especially if they proclaim their love for you too. Of course, if the person you are proclaiming your love to doesn't feel the same then you may be embarrassed, but it is worth the risk for the reward of being there if all goes as you hope.
Chose Your Words Carefully
Remember that when you profess your love to someone you will want to choose your words very carefully. Think in advance what would be a good way to begin the conversation or if you want it to be off the cuff and from the heart. No matter what you want you should think of your words and choose them very carefully. Telling someone you love them is a very big deal and you want it to be as genuine and as beautiful as possible.
In Private
There are some situations where a public proclamation of love is beautiful. But, by and large, individuals will prefer to be told that someone is in love with them in a private place. This really stands to reason because love is very personal and it can be a very emotional moment. So, consider confessing your love in private to ensure your loved one feels comfortable and all goes smoothly.
With Flowers
If you are a man confessing your love to a woman then presenting her with flowers is a nice gesture that is almost always appreciated. Women love to hear a man tell them he is in love and they love to receive flowers, so when these two are combined you get one happy woman!
There are many ways to confess your love and your personal situation should be taken into consideration first. You don't wan to do something that won't sit well with your loved one so think of them first, their likes and dislikes, and then make a decision.
