Now, that we're acting as a team, how do we handle this?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a few years and we know this is it, the problem is my parents are divorced, hers are married, and there are three households expecting us to share holidays with them. Now, that we're acting as a team, how do we handle this?

As a team, of course. Sit down and discuss it with your girlfriend - Christmas Eve and her Mom's, Christmas morning, your parents', Christmas dinner, her father - whatever. Then announce the plan to your respective families: you tell your folks, she tells hers. Be prepared for the backlash, and if someone has productive ideas, certainly take them back to the discussion table, otherwise; stand firm.
You and partner are going to have to create boundaries for your parents especially if marriage and children are in your future. Your parents will either understand or get used to it.
