What do I say to him to make him feel better?

I started dating someone about three months ago and we both made the mutual decision to move our relationship to a more physical level. This man is wonderful in bed and very attentive to my needs, but he can't always perform as long as either of us would like. I know it's frustrating for him and it is for me as well, but only because he puts so much pressure on himself. What do I say to him to make him feel better?

Rhonda

Dear Rhonda,

Say, "Have you gone to a doctor?" At a time, outside of the bedroom, when the two of you are togehter ask him if he's weeded out the chance of a physical condition that causes his erectile dysfunction. Make sure you your tone is supportive and not accusatory and offer to go with him either physically or in spirit. You might also want to know about his last few relationships and whether this was triggered by an ex-lover who was critical about his performance.Between physicians, mental health professionals, and a loving girlfriend, he should be up and about in no time.
