I am getting conflicting advice from friends so we all decided to let you be the tiebreaker. There's this girl I like and I want to tell her I like her but I'm a bit afraid of telling her face to face. One friend says I should write her an email and the other one says girls don't like letters and I should tell her face to face but I'm too afraid to do that but I want her to know how I feel. Which way do I go email or face to face?
I'm not going to break the tie. If you're really to afraid to face her face to face then I think you should write her a letter not send her an email. Emails are too impersonal and common while handwritten letters have a personality an intimacy of their own - even when they're breakup letters.
I think the friend that said girls don't like letters is crazy. Girls love letters because they're evidence. You might want to reconsider telling her face to face cuz once the letter leave your hand, you no longer have control over where it goes and who sees it and there will be no denying it.
