Once men and women are done playing the field, they ultimately want to have a long and loving relationship, right? I dont know about you, but Im not a big fan of self-help books, so I wouldnt recommend one. Even though this book begins by telling you How to, it doesnt read like a self-help book. In fact, its more of a read that opens you up to who you are and what strengths you can bring to a relationship. David Richo doesnt preach- he helps you to navigate.
While this book navigates you through potential pitfalls and personality problems that can inhibit the most wonderful relationships, it is not intended to make you feel good once youve finished it. It is a soul searching type of book that help you to recognize your bad decisions, bad relationships and what you need to see in yourself in order to change those bad patterns.
If you want to have a shot at a lifelong commitment with someone special, then read this book! If you dont like to hear the truth, take the time to look inside yourself or if you just think that you are Gods gift to whatever sex you prefer, this book isnt for you. You might actually find that you are human just like the rest of us and you can just continue to miss out on super relationships.
