The Shy Single is a step-by-step guide to recognizing your weak or �shy� areas, how to lessen or completely eliminate your shyness and how to get out into the dating game. Not only can people who are shy benefit from reading this book, but those who are trying to work on building up their confidence levels can also find very effective exercises and tips on how to achieve their goals.
This book isn�t a miracle book- it�s simply a realistic look at human nature and very realizable ways to overcome any personal obstacles. While it isn�t effective to simply sit back and read the book, the reader will need to do their own work to make the offerings in this book work for them. You may even find that this book does such a good job tackling shy and confidence issues that you might be re-reading it from time to time for additional support and ideas!
