One man's fetish is another man's preference and yet another man's obsession. You happen to like feet, and like then erotically. There are some who don't. I'm not sure you want to come right out and say you have a foot fetish because that can turn some folks off.
Sooner or later, what we like in bed (or before we get there) comes up in a discussion. You can then tell someone you like caressing, touching, even sucking on toes. They can then tell you they do or don't agree, and it's a done deal.
Don't overthink things - if you don't make it a big deal then chances they won't either.
