How can I turn him down, without revealing my sexual preference?
Im a seventeen year old high school girl and I know Im gay. I havent come out at school, and I am not interested in doing so. Straight students dont ˜come out they are who they are and everyone makes their own assumptions. However, there is a guy at school who has been hinting around that he likes me and wants to ask me out. how can I turn him down, without revealing my sexual preference?

Unless you say something like: "I won't go out with you, but your sister sure is cute", there's no reason to reveal you're gay. You can just tell him you aren't interested in him that way and that should be enough. Even if he's persistent, you can tell him to leave you alone based upon your comfort level and not your sexuality.
