Go for her G-Spot!

The Grfenberg spot or more commonly known as the G-Spot is a small, sensitive area in a womans genitals located behind the pubic bone and around the urethra. It is named after a German gynecologist named Ernst Grafenberg and is considered to be a part of or even the same as the urethral sponge or the area of Skenes glands where women are thought to have their own type of ejaculation. The arousal of the G-Spot is said to provide a woman with a more intense and satisfying orgasm and encourages female ejaculation.
The G-Spot is considered to be important during childbirth as it is where the babys head is directed during delivery. As a result, any pressure on this area during intercourse is said to result in a remarkably more significant contraction of the vagina than with clitoral stimulation alone. The exact source of what creates a G-Spot is unknown, but the most popular theory is that the G-Spot is where the roots of the clitoris come through to the vagina. Some women even believe that hormonal changes in their thirties make the G-Spot more accessible and sensitive. This thought also adds to the belief that women hit their peak during their thirties as well.
In order to reach a womans G-Spot, it may take a little bit of subtle searching and very diligent observation on your part. When you touch that one spot inside of her that is sensitive enough to warrant a response, you will definitely see her reaction. The G-Spot is typically against the front wall of the womans vagina. Sometimes the shape of a mans penis matters when determining how to best stimulate the G-Spot during intercourse. A mans penis that curves upward would do best to have intercourse using the missionary position. A mans penis that curves downward would do best to have intercourse from behind the woman while she is on her hands and knees (otherwise known as doggy style).
It is also possible to stimulate the G-Spot with your finger or your tongue. In order to properly stimulate the G-Spot for maximum results, it is best to use a combination of pressure on both the G-Spot and the clitoris. The G-Spot is typically located between 1 to 2 inches inside of the vagina on the front wall. This spot is often a different texture than the rest of the vagina. It can feel rather rough compared to the rest of her vagina and then it may begin to feel spongy the more stimulated it becomes. Once you find the spot, the type of stimulation needed will be dictated by your partner. If possible, have her communicate what feels good or even how she wants you to move on that spot.
Once you become familiar with her G-Spot, you may want to begin to experiment with different sexual toys to help stimulate and bring her pleasure from that area.
