Do you think I should speak up knowing she will be married within the next few months?

I think I'm falling in love. There is a girl in my interpretation class and she is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She's funny, and friendly, and we're partenered up alot during class for readings. We have a good chemistry together and I look forward to seeing her the three times a week I get to.
I want to tell her how I feel, but she's sporting a huge engagement ring. I think she has been giving me special looks and I feel encouraged to tell her how I feel. I'm enough of a romantic to know she could really like me and we could have something special.

Dear Victor
Are you enough of a romantic to be able to deal with it when she tells you she likes you as a friend and nothing more? Sure there's The Graduate, and Four Weddings and a Funeral, but there's also My Best Friend's Wedding.
I don't see any reason not to tell her if you're sure you can handle the possible fallout - including her avoiding you and not working with you during class. The chemistry can be that of people who work well together as well those of a budding romance.
If you know how to take chances, without regrets, then go forth and speak. But if she tells you she doesn't feel the same way, you have to believe her.

I don't understand why she won't talk to me. I don't want to hurt her or anything I don't want this awkwardness between us and I don't want him to think of me as loose
