I asked her if she would consider going out on a date with me

I hang out with a group of friends both male and female. Recently, I've found myself attracted to one of the girls in the group. I asked her if she would consider going out on a date with me and she said, "Hmm, I'd have to think about it."

It's been more than a few weeks since I asked, how long does she have to think about it before letting me know?
Bruce

Dear Bruce,

How long do you have to wait before you ask her out. She said she'd think about it and now it's up to you to see where she is. Go back and say, "I'd like to go out for coffee or lunch just the two of us. What do you think?" If she says she has to think about it some more, you have your answer. In fact, no matter what she says, you have your answer.
