I'm dumb when it comes to picking up signals because I've been wrong MANY TIMES

I'm a 30 year old single guy and I've dated many times, but I've always had a question on my mind that I keep wondering about. I walked into a Starbucks that I rarely go to in my neighborhood and there was a really pretty girl working behind the counter. The 2nd time I went in, she remembered what I ordered the first time and asked if I wanted the same and it kinda swept me off my feet. I've had it happen to me before, but does a sign like that say the girl is interested? I think if I liked a girl, I'd do the same thing to see if she noticed, but I'm dumb when it comes to picking up signals because I've been wrong MANY TIMES! I started making regular trips back to see what happens and she definitely pays attention when I show up and makes it top priority to say "hi". I don't know if she's just being friendly or just doing her job to make me feel welcome. Any idea or insight would be helpful! Thanks so much!!

Dear Reader
I suppose she could like you, but then again she could have a good head for remembering things and is exceptionally good at customer service. Did you notice whether she remembers other customers as well as you?
On the other hand, she may have taken a little liking to you. The one way to find out for sure is to risk being wrong again and engaging her in a conversation.
You might try going to Starbucks and staying around. It's really easy to be friendly to regular customers who treat you nicely, say 'hi', and then leave the shop. If it's an eat in Starbucks, grab the coffee and a muffin and she how she reacts to a longer visit. If you get the interested vibe, you can then start a conversation and ask her to hang out with you - when she's not working.
